  • @WOWskarphace No. You probably won't do that much everyday. If you overtrain it'll be to the point where you work yourself very hard everyday day, or every couple of days. I don't think you could do that doing just push-ups.

  • I'm 14 and can bench 405 for 10 reps and did this pushup challenge in 2:17.
