Hey Sarah. I recently started Insanity by Beach Body, but I was just curious if there are some extra exercises I could do to help lose the fat in my thighs. It's always been a problem area for me. I know cardio is huge when burning fat, which is definitely what I'm doing with Insanity, but some tips would be nice :)

Hey Tiffany,
You can't spot reduce sadly :( It's genetics and diet really. You can spot TONE though by working that muscle. With women and thighs though, usually they have have a lot of muscle and mistake it for fat which is crazy because those legs burn a ton of calories. I would suggest sticking with body weight exercises for the lower body but these moves will help with toning up your obliques!

hey sarah, i work out like crazy at the gym and i eat right sometimes i will treat myself to sugar . I had really bad love handles at first but i lost of it and the only problem i have is some of it is still there and it wont go away , what should i do? should i change my diet again. i barely eat carbs , sugar.

It varies body per body. You can do this workout and it will result in stronger obliques but if you do not diet and add cardio to your routine then the results of ACTUAL fat loss are not as prominent.
