how do you keep your eggs... in a fridge? or rotate them?

@jordansname We do not have a fridge on the boat so I buy eggs that have not been in one before and then rotate them every other day. We left with 36 eggs and had 2 left when we arrived in Neah Bay. Still good after 2 months.
