@eldoop959 @emceelynx you both say that you as an American have nothing to do with what the government is doing, this is false. The U.S. proclaims itself as a democratic nation, so that means you decide what the government does. The truth is, That I do not see American Politicians on the front line of the battlefield, they are soldiers, who are AMERICAN so in a way you do it yourself, the only way to stop your wars, is that no one enlists in the military. peace can only be acquired by civil war

you assume that the US government represents the american people and has their support. perhaps you forgot that prior to the invasion of iraq literally millions of us were in the streets marching for peace? that we had the largest anti-war demonstrations in american history, all before a single bomb was dropped? In a democracy the will of the people would have mattered, but we were completely ignored. As the video says, america's government is corporatist neo-fascist. not democratic.

Interesting that well-done graphics and a narrator with an English accent make this seem so much more credible to me, when I would normally dismiss this as overly alarmist.
I think that saying "the US" is doing all this is a bit general. I'm American, and I hold no support for any of the things you say my country is doing. Saying the US government is doing these things would be more accurate, and less likely to alienate Americans who you might be able to bring around to your point of view.
