Read your tax bills folks. The numbers don't lie. Time is running out!

So what you are saying is it's OK to lie to the constituents and taxpayers as long as you get elected! He says taxes went down, when in reality, taxes skyrocketed while he has been in office. Prove to me I'm not telling the truth. Read your tax bills folks.

It is foolish of you to blame Steve Bellone for any (or all) increases that might be seen in my tax bill. Firstly, it is school district taxes which reflect the greatest (if any) portion of my tax bill, Mr. Bellone cannot rightfully be blamed for that fact. Secondly, it is impossible for me to consider anyone to be able to continue to provide community improvements, without increasing, to some degree, the costs for these improvements. IMHO, Steve Bellone is doing a great job!

All I ask of any of you is to take out all your tax bills for as long as Mr. Bellone has been in office and compare them. That's all I ask of any of you. Do your homework. Also, count how many businesses have closed their doors due to over taxation (requiring graft be paid out from business owners, to the Towns goon squad, may not be a tax but it is a burden none the less.)

It is this withering economy that is affecting whatever migration of business you seem to be blaming on Mr. Bellone. Maybe you'd be more righteous by blaming the Chinese, the real force behind the tanking of many businesses, even industries, as Babylon Township no longer has the manufacturing base that has kept us growing as we once did. You need to focus on the big picture, at State and National levels when assigning blame for those "closing doors" which you speak of, and NOT Steve!

Furthermore, Steve is related to me in one way only. He's another Long Islander willing to step up and work to change the rapidly diminishing quality of life here. His hopes for a better life for all of his constituents are always apparent. It's so unfair of you, or others to criticize his aspirations, he's not in this game for personal gain, nor is it political power that motivates him. I begin to perceive, that you are looking for a retention of status quo and inept administrators.

Where, in his performance, has Mr. Bellone screwed us? Before I have a fair chance to discuss this "screwing" that you alude to, I'll need you to clarify the context of your hastily chosen term, "screwed". The word is too far steeped in obvious ambiguity and I feel that it may also be tinged with partisanship or perhaps, personal feelings threatening your civil service benefit plan. Steve has his sights set on positive change, a change that is long overdue. Accept that reality.

Is this a joke? Are you related in any way to Steve Bellone? This lying creep Bellone has screwed the people of Babylon Township and now has his sights set on screwing ALL of Long Island. Just look at your Tax Bill! Do your homework and check it!
