This is what i bought in groceries. I spent $40
I usually spend less but i splurged on the shrimp chips and rice crackers and bought a little more for the dinner night i am having.

With school over i want to make videos more often but that may not begin until after i move and get situated there.

    I agree. And stressing over it all jdoesn't help. Trying to take it slow. I have a lot on my plate and stressing about losing weight isn't going to get anything done.

  • Completely agree. Weight isn't the only thing about healthy living.

    I hope all goes well with the moving. I love plain waffles too, and go shrimp chips. My friends think they taste funny and have a stinky smell. But those are so good! Haha, LOL to the bananas, "... jerk". LOL!

    I have those green product bags that help keep produce fresh for longer.. but still they seem to be going bad quicker. Silly grocery guy

    I think i started on this journey wanting to look 'better' but i have been evolving to see that i want a better quality of life. I think now i can begin to move forward.

  • Bananas are meant to have brown spots on them, that means they'll be good and sweet. Perfectly yellow bananas are not ripe and will taste like shit. :P

    You eat so much processed crap, it makes me sad. Calories and fat are not the only things you should be looking at. Eat more fresh, raw fruits and veggies. Lay off the dairy and meat, they are SOOOOO bad for you. Dairy will promote mucus buildup and all the hormones in the meat/dairy can cause major problems. Good luck tou you. :)

  • Like angeleyes said you may have PCOS. Go to your doctor and ask about it, there are meds they can perscribe to help you regulate your period. Working out is very important to losing weight with PCOS, and minimizing the other symptoms of PCOS. Good luck with your weight loss, don't get discouraged if it comes off slow, you can do it.
