Mini Knee Hockey Face Plant Concussion...Head Slams Hard!! Mini Hockey Injury

I took a shot....slipped..and had nothing to slam my head against but the ground...after that I was dizzy for the rest of the night and could barely remember the littlest things...slight concussion i believe..

it is kind of hard to see my head hit...but if you look to the right of my friends shoulder you can see my head bounce off the floor...or u can kinda see it thru the reflection on the glass door

I just got a concussion 2 days ago mountain biking doing a drop i didn't pull up and i didnt have enough speed. I have scrapes all across my face now and a REALLY bad black eye... :( no fun at all concussions suck.
