Was for me too! I spent hours fighting him and fighting him when I was younger. I was probably being stupid and just attacking the Shy Guys, but idk. I seem to remember him having way more HP. lol

this boss was the hardest boss in the entire game for me.. XD idk why maybe because i was only level 2.

You missed the action command for thunderbolt. If you do it takes out the shysters all at the same time, reducing the amount of healing Items you need.
