Someone please please tell me how this is a ridiculous plan. We have a problem with parasites over breeding. His plan is a perfect way to stop that. Right now people on welfare have an incentive to keep breeding because the more children they have the more money they get. We NEED to give them the OPPOSITE incentive and fast. Notice how hes not proposing to immediately take away welfare from anyone on it, instead hes proposing to phase out the people who leech off of productive people. WAKE UP!

i cannot believe that people do not think this is a good idea. i have a brother who gets so much money out of the gov't it is ridiculous. I totally agree with John!!! Nature is nature. Whether people are poor or rich, people have no sense and they will have sex at some point, which will result in a pregnancy. A baby costs money to have and raise. That's the bottom line. I'm a taxpayer. Why should I pay to help out these lowlifes who want that low class, lazy welfare way of life? The reason why nothing ever really changes in this country is because it's all about corrupt politics, votes and money. Our US government is a joke!!!
