Very solid...I'm a huge fan of those stances. I've been going through a lot of Gung Ji vids as I'm up past the butterfly palms and I have to say, yours is one of the best. I think you've inspired me to buy some rings of my own. Are you half-Asian?

小跳跳得唔好,有下想跳又冇跳.同埋標馬果時唔係比你拉黎做子5­馬.而係標馬之前拉好.同埋我唔信最後收式係行咁多步.行左3-­4步先收式- -.個四平馬都ok

只能說是形似,工字伏虎拳的運氣,二線發力皆欠妥,力有從地起,­可惜只上到大腿一半就因腰不正而散失.屁股要收緊,提肛,就可正­腰.而且打慢一點,幻想有人向左同時向右拉你的拳;一招一下分開­一點,洪拳不同太極,一招就是一招,一招就要殺人.洪拳擋不了,­你的功夫還沒到家.多加練習.

although your Gung Ji is slightly different from ours ( I believe yours was Lam style and we do Wei ) that was very strong. My Grandmaster is Sifu Wing Lam and he studied under both Lam and Wei. It is hard to train with rings and keep proper hand positions. I noticed your wrists were bent at your bench at times and on your downward blocks. You might want to try getting a slightly smaller ring to put in front of your others so the rest wont go flying off and you can keep the wrist straight.

this is the real shit .. because i know this too .alot of them dont know what they doing...lol they skip alot of the form.or they for got....and make some shit up.i hate those do it so fast. i dont know why...?it suppose to be a slower speed ,just like him.dont yall agreed
