Excavator Welding Project - Bucket Teeth Dental Surgery (HD)

Excavator Welding Project (Bucket Teeth Dental Surgery) of a Halla HE130 LCE Hydraulic Excavator. This video shows our mechanic building up the shanks for the teeth, which were worn down from continued heavy use. Our maintenance team laid numerous beads of weld and prepared the surface with a pneumatic grinder prior to re-installation of the teeth on the bucket.

This video contains a lot of welding and was done by our in house team of maintenance professionals. Our staff are the best around, not only because they can run anything that moves, but because they can maintain and or repair our equipment if required as well.
