Videos and pictures from recent working fires that Company 28 responded to. Dedicated to the guys who continue to get the trucks on the street, day in and day out. Guys here use motivation, brotherhood, and ownership to help see them through the toughest of times, on and off the job. (If you have never experienced it, you wouldn't have a clue or come close to understanding) Also, to the men who built the West Lanham reputation, we will continue to uphold it. To all the firemen, who value the fire service tradition each and every day, and pass it down to upcoming generations. To our members who are no longer with us, and to all who have given the ultimate sacrifice by losing their lives in the line of duty....you will never be forgotten. Enjoy the movie, Engine Company 28, Ladder Company 28.

  • For everyone wanting the speech. It is on facebook on my page. You should be able to download it from there through Real Player. Take care.

  • @k7son hey, how do i get to your facebook account to hear this?

  • @Derek9370 If you have an account, my name is Kevin Weems. Add me as a friend. Then go to my videos.

  • how do u make the 3 Box Alarm beeps

  • @kendallwallace1

I don't make them. PG county uses 3 beeps for box alarms. So any saved audio of incidents have 3 beeps.

  • I lived at 7739 Garrison Road, West Lanham Hills. I have in my archive a number of photos of the March 23, 1960 fire at the West Lanham Hills Elementary school; even images taken to #28 in action at 10:45 p.m. that night. I'm writing a book about the neighborhood ( 1938 to the present ) and would like to scan images you may have i.e. the house on Emerson Road that got hit by lightening; Lilly house fire during summer of 1971 on Frederick Road etc.
