In interviews Korn denounce the term Nu Metal. Who gives a shit what genre? Korn is beyond genre.
Everyone in music especially metal focuses so much on genre that they stop just appreciating music. So all of you trying to label this just shut the fuck up and FUCK THAT.

no its about music industys and that there so greedy look how much it says they charge guess what its rly for mostly PLUBLICITY meaning there paying hundreds of thousands of dollars so they can be known cuz honestly just good music DOESNT DO SHIT they need to pay them so ppl can see the vid i mean honestly how much would it cost to buy a cam and take that vid and buy the stuff uk? and also that most bands get turned down mosly becuase of money

As long as we are on the subject of thrash i might as well clear some things up, Metallica did not start thrash metal. They were one of the 4 originators. On that list of the four are, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax.
But as far as Korn goes i would classify them as hard rock.
