Yeah, these kills are often done with little to no experience or knowledge of the encounter. That's why so many of us die to the seeds at the very end, for example: we had no idea they were coming. It makes communication essential, even if the entire raid has to talk at the same time. It's messy, but worth it when we can kill a boss in one or two tries. (In Freya's case, this was our second attempt.)
