500 LB bench press raw

Decided to see if I could press 500 lbs with no help at all. No one was in the room to save me. It was me vs the weights No FEAR that moment. MY goal for is to press 530 raw unassisted.

Well, I dunno if he does or doesn't use steroids...but how the hell would you know? 500 raw is very strong, but I'm almost at 500 raw myself and haven't touched steroids a day in my life. So it's tough for me to sit here and conclude that some guy who's a little beyond my own level MUST be on steroids. I know lots of pro athletes use, but chill with the accusations.

Just had a guy drop 225 on his chest at our gym today-he passed out, had seizure and went by ambulance. Luckily he is okay. You are lucky too with no spotters, but still very impressive!
