Great song and vid Dan, good to meet you and Laura at Le Trappe! "Not that close"- pretty funny. You picked a tough beer (and a tough song) to replicate but you did admirably on the song- I will take your word for it on the beer. That is one of my all time favorites. Next time I hope we can trade homebrews. My next tripel will be ready in 9 months. I had to re-yeast the last tripel batch in bottle too with Champagne yeast which worked great.
