Angela and I hosted a group of alternative medicine students and gave talks on the importance of nutrition, particularly the healing and regenerative aspects of a raw food diet as well as a whole food diet. We talked about what a raw food diet looks like, why it works and the major issues people encounter when attempting to live a raw food, or even a whole food lifestyle. We split this up into a number of videos, and this series is packed with great information, so watch for the rest of them coming soon!

Now, I dont know who did that vid. but I must say it was a little disturbing because of the shaking of the camera. That said, I wish to thank you so much for those vids, they are very instructive and I did enjoy very much. This is the kind of videos that I do appreciate the most for sure.
