@kurtzim62: Show some respect. She is indeed a licensed general contractor. I've worked with a range of general contractors, and none of them "went to school" to learn their trade. And some of them quite obviously had less experience than Ms. Matthews! Others clearly had more experience but were less intelligent and less conscientious than she is, so I'd still hire her over those contractors any day. Basically, I'd trust her to know her professional limits. She is intelligent and careful.
