Gamecam does, tried it before. I have the same problem though, WeGame isn't recording sound, but it used to. Do you know if you can download a stereo mix? I know I have a basic soundcard.

hypercam 2 doesn't record ingame sound. only mic sound. fraps does record ingame sound, but I'm not sure about gamecam
