how do you even get it to play, my computer doesn't know the file type

U GUYS IT WORKS I PROMISE I JUST FINISHED DOWNLOADING IT AFTER U FINISH DOWNLOADING IT U GOTTA OPEN IT WITH WINRAR AND THEN CLICK EXTRACT TO, AND THEN CLICK DESKTOP. MAKE SURE U HAVE VISUAL BOY ADVANCE FIRST AND THEN OPEN VISUAL BOY ADVANCE AND CLICK OPEN THEN GO TO YOUR DESKTOP AND CLICK POKEMON EMERALD.

6 . go to coolroms.com

7 . search for Pokemon Emerald you'll find it enter it

8 . wait a little and click on download your file

9 . save as in your desktop

10 . open Visual Boy Advance , on the left corner there is a button OPEN click it and go to pokemon emerald and open and here you go !

for the buttons : z=a x=b l=a r=s movement=arrow keys start=enter select=backspace ENJOY

@foxtrott1delta yes i found it follow theses steps :

1 . download WinZip ( free or by $ it doesnt matter )

2 . go to emulator zone

3 . on the left , you'll see emultors click on GBA

4 . install Visual Boy Advance & save it in your desktop . Now you can see that its installed like books , right click and click extract files then it'll turn into a normal folder

5 . click on the folder and enter Visual Boy Advance and click on run . now you have your emulator now for the roms
