just curious, but when did you start training primarily calisthenics (assuming that is your primary workout) and how much weight in muscle do you think you've put on in that time? i ask because i looked at some of your older videos and you've def put on some size you should be proud of. Great videos and i'm liking the new images at the opening of the new ones. Keep posting.

@leapfrog1989 Thanks man! I've been doing calisthenics maybe 2.5 years. My workout is 95% calisthenics. I've put on just 3 stone (42lbs) since I've started working out. I used to be REALLY skinny and could only do 4 push ups lol.

@xxxnicolxxx In the past I've had to explain the difference between a pull up and chin up, what an alternate grip is, etc so I thought it would be easier to make a video to point people in the direction of... it's also the start of a little series of related videos I'm doing :)
