As long as they are in this dimensions, all interlectual being will have kind and good hearted ones and evil minded ones.
Only in the dimension of higher being, they are acheving higher spiritual cultivation. Some higher dimensions may even able to travel in times and are not bound by any physical restrictions (in their world, they have different sets of rules and lae by nature). But they are not able to break through into another dimension, they are in their own world.

It seems that the Super Powers over in the Gulf of Aden and Yemen should heed this video. How wonderfully divine it is, that the extraterrestrials should have the capabilities to disarm weapons of mass destruction. Just knowing this, gives me a great sense of peace. I am hoping with all of my might that the Stargate in the Gulf of Aden is opening for us. I hope they know how to counteract bioweapons, too!
