http://athleanx.com One of the most effective ways to increase your vertical jump is to use bodyweight exercises since that is what you are ultimately going to have to power off the ground during game action. When it comes to sorting through all the lower body bodyweight exercises out there, the important thing is to choose ones that are explosive.

For that, I went to the "vertical jump king" Jack Cascio and challenged him to come up with a killer lower body exercise that used nothing more than bodyweight. The results are explosive....especially the single leg variation of this.

    I just have 1 question. I am going to buy your program, and I was wondering if I could somehow do your program and my 3-times a week muay thai training... I dont want to quit muay thai, but on the other side I really want an Athletic body :)

  • @NovakGoran Yes definitely. In fact, there are no scripted workouts on the weekends in the AthLEAN-X System and depending on the level of activity in your muay thai training they may easily slot into the conditioning workouts on Tuesday and Thursday as a workable substitution.
