I just have 1 question. I am going to buy your program, and I was wondering if I could somehow do your program and my 3-times a week muay thai training... I dont want to quit muay thai, but on the other side I really want an Athletic body :)

@NovakGoran Yes definitely. In fact, there are no scripted workouts on the weekends in the AthLEAN-X System and depending on the level of activity in your muay thai training they may easily slot into the conditioning workouts on Tuesday and Thursday as a workable substitution.
