The acceleration complex is a series of 6 types of starts designed to teach athletes proper acceleration mechanics from a variety of positions. This drill is useful for athletes of all sports and not just track and field.
This series can be done for distances of 10-30m and 1-3 sets.
@QuakerStrength ok, just wondering because i did a lot of sprinting workouts over the summer with my rugby team and didnt really do any jumping training and when i started practicing again for the indoor season, there was already an increase of about 2 inches on my PR. im now doing specific leg work outs and high jump training and there hasnt been such a noticeable improvement. im thinking i need to add more sprinting to my workout.

@TheThugSlim This is still Joel under another name. We do around 200 total meters of acceleration work 2x a week, typically before our technical high jump sessions.
