"Nuri" The Story of Baby Stars

This is my senior thesis film I created while attending Ringling College of Art and Design.
"Nuri" made it past the first round of the Student Academy Awards. It was also selected to be in The Best of Ringling Show and will be shown on TV on the Sarasota County Education Channel.
UPDATE:
"Nuri" has been selected to be shown in the Animation Theater during the prestigious computer graphics conference SIGGRAPH Asia 2009.

Autodesk Maya: For animation, modeling, lighting, effects/dynamics
Shake: Compositing and adjusting the lighting/look of the film
After Effects: Used this adjust the glowing of the stars
Adobe Premiere: Used for editing

So, does the school teach you how to create using one specified program, or do you just work with what you're used to?

We use the industry standard Maya, but we also use programs like Shake, Photoshop, Painter, and other things. :)
