K2 has never been climbed in winter. its a record. and u know that out of 110 world's highest mountains 47 are in Pakistan.....

K2 fascinates me much more than any other mountain, inc. Everest & Kangchenjunga which both look IMO ugly in direct comparison.
Perhaps it's the fact that it is the only 8,000 mountain to be as we pictured them in our childhood, perhaps it's the sheer reputation of it, perhaps it comes down to this & other YouTube vids I've thoroughly enjoyed.
