@sesseu ah..yea thats true. well, STA is rather new.so the black belts are stil like. from 40 plus to me.youngest senior black belt.16. well..i dun think we really condition our body for a real fight.but i do my own conditioning.but the training methods..yea, it should be adding new stuff.make it better.

@q9421324o I don't know about STA, but I think the athletes of ITF should renew their abilyties, maybe using new kinds of training and nutrition. If you compare to the PRO fighters of judo, K1 or even MMA fighters, the athlete conditions of these guys are far, far away.

@sesseu oh..btw, i'm from STA. so.i dint noe much about ITF haha.STA means singapore taekwondo academy. but we follow ITF rulse for tournament.our fighting styles are rather alittle diffrent from ITF and WTF. but ITF is stil awesome.

@q9421324o No, I was ITF, very proud of it. But this skills using yop tchagui and jumping punches are the same since 1990!! Since the canadian Paul Germain and Pierre Guine nothing changes. Everyone uses theiers skills and style and no one did anything diferent. Check it out, you will see.
