Gone August 9 the indigenous people of Nepal celebrated the World Indigenous Peoples' Day 2009 at Sydney, Australia . The event took place at Orion Function Center at Campsie. In that event many cultural dances of Nepal were performed like Gurung, Magar, Limbu, Rai, Newar, Sherpa with special performance by Tonga peoples of Cook island. The center of attraction were tow top most famous singer of Nepal i.e. Khem Raj Gurung and Reema Gurung who performed their hit songs like Lahure Daile and Wari Jamuna Pari Jamuna

  • Indo-Mongoloid people who are the indigenous in Himalayas actual religion are based on Nature, Ancestors and Shamanism.

    One need to identify the roots of Hinduism and get rid of vedic religion brought by aryan which ultimately destroy the oldest religion.

    One do not have to convert to Christians which is only about 2000+ years, while indigenous religion is from the Neolithic period(9000+ years).
