Sony Vegas( COM object failed to initialize )

This happens every time i try to insert text into my video. This particular program is Sony Vegas 9.0. Please, I'm reaching out to the you tube community for some help here. I tried installing media generator 2.4. BUT, I keep getting errors while also trying to install the Microsoft SQL server, and it says that i keep getting errors while configuring the MSQL6 component to it.

Desperately needing help. I'm open to all solutions!!!

@xgRiNdCoRextrmx I found the solution to your problem m8 :)

When I installed the first time, I did it with my internet on.. Silly me ^^

What I did next was: unistall it from software+ click on start=>run=>regedit

In there you need to delete 2sony creative software folders (=*):

1) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\*

2) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\*

When you've done that you need to turn off your internet (credit to my friend paulie) and install.

Make sure to register from other computer.

'cause if you didn't install something yet, there can't be one. But normally, if you already tried installing it, there should be a folder.. if ya want, pm me and I'll try to help you further. (in pm: exact details what you did so far)
