Most likley under the table. A simple
induction would speed it up. It is not possible for the unit to speed up without outside forces. Any trained engineer knows this. Clever trick is all this is.
That is why it has not been duplicated.
Random vibrations could cause a momentary acelleration but not speed up like this did.

Yes, it illustrates the fraud very nice doesn't it?
Take a look at the 60 HZ mark. That's him or his accomplice turning on the Juice! If you look very close at the time line the 60 Hz is switched on just a second before the acceleration starts.

ok it does accelerate but does it proof anything and why didn't he repeat the test with better light or outside.

@cortster12 The sound you hear is from another YouTube video where an individual (Alsetalokin) was demonstrating a 'free energy' motor configuration using only permanent magnets. (Look for Alsetalokin OC MPMM and you'll see some of the videos). This is a spectral analysis of the sound, and the bright red swoop you see in the top third of the frame represents a strong component of the sound from the rotor, the shape of the swoop corresponding to rotor RPM.
