I recently bough a Nikon d40 camera and have been experimenting with using it for some stop motion/timelapse. The quality and control is amazing and I can't wait to see the cool stuff sheri will carve. This video was shot with about 500 pictures and took a little over an hour of shooting/carving to get what you see. I edited it in final cut pro in 4 hours.
We are about to make some really cool woodcarving animations that will be much higher quality than the first stop motion video.
