A quick but effective session of glute exercises. For more of a challenge (and to add a little 'junk in the trunk'), try adding ankle weights.

  • @tineyspark Yes, every second day would be good. Mix it up with the other buttblaster videos that have different movements and paces so that your body keeps adapting.

  • i think people burning this guy with yoga and deadlift comments maybe shouldnt be looking for these types of videos, this work may look crap but its important when you develop weakness due to imbalanced deadlifts or squats.
