In the Mayweather-Cotto presscon, Floyd said he will not fight Pacquiao for 50/50, in effect saying he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao eventhough Manny already agreed to all of Floyd's previous conditions. Floyd offered Manny $40 with no PPV or 30/70 then Arum countered with $50M guarantee for Floyd with no PPV but Floyd refused. Floyd continues to duck and run from the Best P4P fighter.
