There was a reson why JREF lost an account, but I suspect that JREF was victimized by fundamentalist fanatics who also went on to successfully shut down other Channels which did not conform to their way of thinking. Channels owned by atheists, Satanists, Wiccans, skeptics, were subjected to attack by a fanatic who called himself "Nathan" or "NayNay" and is now "Biblestudy1611" . Another was "Saundersacts". They did it with vote bots and sock accounts. They were exposed and accounts were restored

I lost my google password to get on my youtube account, but hey, they sent me a new password to my GOOGLE mail box o_0 ...Now for some reason, I've managed to get my first youtube account back and not the latest one. o_0 As for JR, he owes me some money. :(

@robertwc82 Well technically some Disturbed songs would fall under distributive works (Their Land of confusion for example) and would be distributed under however the contract was set up. The point is unless Disturbed signed away their copyrights the DMCA should NOT have entered into it-copyright and contract law are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!
