you're the first person who ever hides his license plate on youtube, sounds suspicious.

that vette looks real clean, good condition for an 89.

I like the before exhaust better XD. just playin it sounds really good though :)

yeah it depends on your setup if your engines stock like mine then you wont see much of a gain even with a full exhaust system, but if your engine built then you could see 30+hp gains

Ecklers has a website, which is who I bought them from. Corvette Central also has them. Good luck.

Not enough to notice. If you want a couple of HP from an new exhaust, you need to get an entire system, starting with the headers (bigger diameter than stock) and also using long tubes without the cats. For the money though, exhaust systems are not the best way to add performance for the price. This is what I've read, I'm just an amateur. D-

What is the setup for the exhaust?? What kind of bolt on mods do you have on there?? Anyway, it sounds absolutely perfect.

Mufflers clamp right onto stock Y-pipe. I had to cut off about an inch on each side to get the chrome tips perfectly centered though and to get thier clearance from the bumper just right. The only "hard" part was removing the old rusty muffers. I also coated them with a heat resistant spraypaint before installing them. Mods are a K&N air filter, an IAT set value "chip", and a high flow MAF. Researching performance chips but seeing a lot of conflicting info. Also looking at Lt Wt Flywheel.
