  • How come he plays the beginning of the Soler sonata all choppy? Its not due to lack of talent, the rest of the song is 110% perfect. Its like he cant move his hands fast enough for it not to sound out of step...but then the rest of the song is magic fingers....anyone else notice?

  • @brian4480 I actually wanted to imitate a guitar in the opening, but as someone else mentioned below, to smooth it out, perhaps it's best to cross hands there.

  • @Thracozaag Oh i see, I play a little guitar myself. Do you play a classical guitar or "regular" guitar? Its good to see a person of your talent mixing in other influences. BTW Please don't think i was insulting your playing...you wickedly awesome, do you have a video of you playing Sonata 90 Fis By Soler?

  • @brian4480 I wish I could play either! But I get my kicks with a guitar transcription every so often. No worries about the "insult", it was a very legitimate quibble, something I was myself questioning when I was learning it, and even more so, upon repeated hearings. In any event, thanks for listening and the comments.

  • exquisite playing and selections.

  • What a beautiful L27.Very nice clarity of playing. No damper pedal for this guy. He is not afraid of scales.

  • Really lovely Scarlatti playing 5*.. Thanks for posting

  • I think Padre Antonio Soler was Scarlatti's pupil.

  • The Soler- I don't know much about. But your Scarlatti is truly amazing!

  • Buenas versiones.
