@james737 We have over 100,000 customers. Sure, some of them will be disappointed on some occasions. As far as pricing, we are not the K-Mart of hosting - but we still start at about $11/month, so "expensive" is really dependent on a lot of things. Thanks for the comment.

Charging as much as Rackspace do (and I'm a customer), I not surprised this guy has experience with pissed off customers! Interesting talk though.
