I really don't agree with showing these dogs. Look how they make them stand @ 1:42 - It's completely messing up the breed. I can always tell if a GSD is a show dog by the way it walks, they walk all fucked up if they're a show dog.
Long term it causes hip dysplasia among other diseases.

GSD's from a working background (police, etc) are always best.

They do. We have two. Both are from the German lines. Their backs have almost no slope to them. It's very slight.
