Empress of Soul Gladys Knight & the Pips did not lip synch this song at all. 1st this is not the best video nor audio of this performance. The Pips are singing live into a larger boom mic that is above their heads (we're not to see it), the same type they use on talk shows. Although at times they did lip sync on some shows, but not this one. They really didn't need to, because THEY CAN SAAAAAAAAANG!!!!
