Salmon Fishing on the Fraser River

Father and Daughter fish for Pink Salmon together at "PegLeg" - a popular spot for the outdoor enthusiast in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Some Bottom bouncing, casting lures, and flyfishing. Even a "Double header" ! The mighty Fraser River did not dissapoint - They brought in a few humpy bucks and some nice does for the smoker.

Pinks come through here up the Fraser in late summer/early fall every two years to spawn. Filmed last weekend of September.

wow no life vests, or weighter belts. that's not dangerous at all. didn't some kid die this past year because he wasn't wearing a belt nor a life vest while fly fishing in the fraser?

And also there Is supposed to be the biggest pink run ever there estimating 35 + million pink

You use 10 lb pound test and you have to use a medium action rod and just cast out pink spoons or spinners and you will catch one forsure
