What's the sound we can be hear at 1:10 please? I have hear a similar noise in my travel with a Airbus A319 in the pushback, before the starting up of the engines.

The sound is from the Power Tranfer Unit which produces a distinctive dog barking sound.The PTU is a reversible motor-pump located between the Green and Yellow hydraulic systems. It enables the green system to pressurize the yellow system, and vice versa, without fluid transfer.
