Easter Sunday, 4-12-09, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Gainesville, TX. http://www2.nortexinfo.net/StPaul/
We are a very small church with a choir of eight people - two voices for each part.
This was our Easter Sunday processional using a version of the hymn "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today," arranged by C. Stephen Murray. Steve wrote his arrangement at the request of a choir director in a church in 1993. That church used "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," so Steve had to adapt the descant verse to coincide with the version in our hymnals for the congregational sing. There are :51 seconds of "doodling," or filler, as Steve awaits the call from the priest for the processional to begin. I did not know how to edit it out. What the heck -- it's Easter Sunday! :)
At our Wicks pipe organ is composer, choral master and organist C. Stephen Murray. For more of his music, check out Steve's music website -

You can order from Steve directly from his website.
