i have an FOI request to cumbria county council to find out how much they have spent on Legal aid solicitors since 1997? how much on average per case? i will follow this with a request for how many times these legal aid solicitors have succeeded in returning the children to their parents.

its about time someone did a list on cockroach solicitors who fail to act in defending there clients,if youre breif acts for them not u.make it known to the law society.stop wreking innocent familes you dirty scum.

If they disbarred those solicitors who "sell" children to the local authorities, the system would collapse. There is a dire shortage of "true" solicitors who will fight for children.

Most parents find this out, far too late.

free girl sounds like classic parent alienation to me, of course he will say he does not to see his dad & tell the police/courts to that effect, the point is. Is the father beating the kid up, do u have evidence for it, if he is, or you made allegations that is father has beat you up and have you told your boy. Did your boy witness any of them, if not why did you tell him. If he did then fair enough but if he did not touch the boy then that no reason for letting the boy bad mouth his father

But please DON NOT SEE CAFCASS ALONE. A friend family or even your Health Visitor and RECORD it ALL. PLEASE. For your childs sake...the reports are so biased and FACTUALLY incorrect and they are never accountable. Maybe its because they only have TWO DAYS training???

I was totally victimised by my 'council'and fucking social work dept. They 'latch'on to any fucking thing they can. I was in front of num,erous boards, never was one thing even slightly 'proved'. the music is too happy. this is a devastating subject. I refused to let cafcass in my house as i am not resident parent. needless to say i lost full residency. btw i represented myself because i wasnt entitled to free legal aid. its over now , they live with their dad and I live a poor excuse for a life.

god i wish id seen this before i got involved with a CAFF last July ... expecting SS tuesday .... to anyone reading this message the video speaks the truth i just wish id seen it before id gotten involved with them ... take notes get a mini tape recorder ... hide it on your person they will lie about you and try to prop you up then knock your feet out from under you...
