I originally tried to make flags of our fathers to hero of war but i thought redacted turned out better but i decieded to finish this one and put it up anyway.

...the way i see war... its pointless... sure... its in human nature to have conflict with opposing world views... but innocent people dont need to get shot up because of a disagreement, in wwii, we fought against nazi tyranny and we think the axis powers laid the first strike with pearl harbor, but look what we did afterwards, locking up innocent japanese just like the nazis were locking up the jewish... dont reply to this comment unless you agree... PEACE!!!

@Blade28492 Its true that in any war all men that have to fight in combat are real heroes but I understand that also in any war the men that come back don't believe they're heroes but really you are because what you guys do is the most heroic thing anybody does on earth along with the men that fought in any war that has ever been fought. All the men that fight are true heroes.

@flowingwolfpack That is true, in war some of the most heroic things you will ever hear happen but the men that lived through it don't think of themselves as heroes.

@Blade28492 Really war is nothing heroic. War defines heroism. War itself is grusome terrible dark scary and plain horrible but saying nothing heroic is an insult to men like John Basoline,Richard Winters, Roscoe Blunt and even yourself. yes war is bad but NEVER say heroic events dont occur.

Hi guys,
just returned from Iraq one week ago...I left some good buddies over there.War's nothing heroic!
And never forget, the real heroes are the fellows that are still burried over there and those who come home to be burried. Those who return alive can't live a normal life anymore...I left my home and my friends and did never come home the same way...I'm another person now.
Hope you never forget the sacrifices we made and the friends we left on the battlefields.
