Orotracheal trachlight intubation in a lady with 1.5-2 cm mouth opening

A lady with very limited mouth opening. Last GA in another hospital ended up with dental injury, failed intubation and emergency tracheostomy.

I think the use of fibroscope under local anesthesia it would be a better choice.

nasally wouldnt work either, they wouldnt be able to see anything with the laryngscope

I'm not doctor but isn't it always an option to intubate nasally?
