ok so if they are still in the ground and it freezes they are bad but when they are harvested they are outside thorugh the cold weather but there still good i dont really understand that can someone tell me about this? please im lost lol
frozen soil is unworkable because it's as hard as cement

I imagine it's the harvester which doesn't work so well in the frozen ground.
