It's the southern strategy implement by the republican party to gin up racial fears and resent that their conservative voter base generally has. I went to a conservative Christian school in Georgia and it was pretty much subtle racism being taught in the classroom.

@jingu3 Watch the Rachel Maddow bit about the Southern Strategy. It changed with the 1964 election.

Support Obama. Killing brown people has never been more politically correct.
Obama 2012! Because war is peace.

@tyeson85, Wow, how did you ever get to be so BRAVE (lol)!
-
i am white and the last thing i am is racist and another thing that i am least of is scared of black people... the last thing i will EVER be is SCARED OF BLACK PEOPLE !

@JDPKRevolution No see Rachel Maddow and this video are about the Black Community and Fox New's attempts to pit the white Community against them.
So when you try to bait a question with comparing this topic to the black panthers, then yes YOU are comparing black citizens to the black panthers.
We aren't talking about activist organizations here. Its you who brought them up as you get off topic.
-
@TMBrd89 your the only one who mentioned the term "fellow black citizens" i did not mention anything about black people, i said the black panther party.. you see something wrong with your logic, your associating a political activist group with a race of people.
-
@JDPKRevolution "So would you invite the black panther party to your house?"
What type of stupid question is that? Are you trying to imply that our fellow black citizens are extreme activist?
-
@TMBrd89 So would you invite the black panther party to your house?
-
@JDPKRevolution "Its about whinning bitching against fox news and republicans"
Grow up, and get your head out of your ass.
I am officially going to start watching Rachel's show, and I say that as someone who hates politics. But she makes it fun.

@harleykman Once again, this was in the midst of the shift in party ideology. Notice, for example, the difference between Republican ideology in the 1870s and he 2000s; in the Democratic ideology between the eras. Also, take note of the shift in voter base and region: while the Republicans used to the "radical liberal" party during the post Civil War era and held the support of the northern voter, it is now a completely conservative party has dominates the south in voter region.
