  • Ive been trying to convey to people for so long that this is the best way to strengthen the core. Good video, thanks!

  • Deadlifts are a great way to strengthen your lower back, same with squats.

    Even the traditional prone "Superman" exercise is ok IF you're making sure not to hyperextend your back. The problems is that most athletes try to see how high off the floor they can get their outstretched limbs, instead of only raising them an inch and concentrating on activating their glutes with their low back.

  • would you recommed lifts such as squats, deadlifts (core lifts) to strengthen the lower back?
