I remember listening to a podcast on the Canadian athletics coaching center website where they interviewed Adam. He recalled being able to bench 430lb as a senior in high school.

@Raikage100 If it's so bad, let's see you do better than him and with "good" technique. It's nothing more than a way of throwing that he has adapted to. Don't argue with success.
