not really man in the mirror was about changing yourself to make the world a better place and to start noticing people that are in need, instead of just walking by and ignoring them where as keep the faith is about not listening to nasty comments/people putting you down, and stand up for yourself and what you believe in as everyone can be what they want to be if they put there mind to it, heal the world is the song on the dangerous album which is more like man in the mirror :)
